ORIIUM:add3 uses a channel partnership model to deliver its services to end-users via its accredited reseller. This enables ORIIUM:add3 to deliver key application services as an extension to its partners own solutions, along with pre-sales and technical support as and when required.
Within any partner relationship our engagement remains solely with the partner leaving them to manage and retain the existing end-user. If end-user engagement is required we will always do so under the guidance of the partner to ensure their relationship balance is not only maintained, but enhanced by the effective service delivery from our side as the outsourced element.
